Oribe is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our site that do not meet your expectations. Items must be in their original packaging and in gently used or new condition to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is submitted, a prepaid UPS shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at your convenience.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop the package off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
